Baccolo Rosso Veneto is a distinctive Italian red wine from the Veneto region, crafted from a blend of Merlot and Corvina grapes. Employing the traditional appassimento technique, a portion of the grapes are air-dried before fermentation, concentrating their flavors and sugars to produce a richer, more opulent wine.
