We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us. Upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
There is an inherent risk in buying older wines. While we store all of our wines properly, wines may nevertheless be defective. We regret that we cannot accept wines more than five years old and cost in excess of $100 unless the producer agrees to replace the wine.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
